What we verify, and what we will not pretend to.
A marketplace is only worth as much as the checks behind it. Here is exactly what is checked, how, and where the limits are.

Who you are dealing with
- Brands complete business verification before they can fund a campaign
- Creators verify identity and a payout account before their first withdrawal
- A creator's completed campaigns and reliability record travel with their profile
Whether the audience is real
- Channels connect through the platform's own login — no screenshots, ever
- Metrics refresh on a schedule and are stamped with when we last read them
- Automated checks flag implausible growth and engagement patterns for review
- Aggregate audience demographics come from the platform, not from a guess
Whether the money is safe
- Campaign budgets sit in escrow from signature until delivery is approved
- Payouts above ₹50,000 need a second authorised approver
- A released payment is never silently reversed — only adjusted through a dispute
- Money is accounted in whole minor units — paise for rupees; every ledger entry balances to zero
Whether your data is safe
- Hosted in India; TLS everywhere; passwords hashed and unrecoverable
- Identity numbers, bank details and platform tokens encrypted at rest
- Uploaded files virus-scanned before anyone can open them
- Admin access needs a second factor, and every admin action is logged immutably
What we do not claim
A trust page that only lists strengths is a marketing page. These are the real limits, stated here rather than discovered later:
We do not guarantee campaign performance.
We verify that the content was delivered as agreed and that the numbers are genuine. Whether an audience responds is not something any platform can promise.
Fake-engagement detection is a signal, not a verdict.
Our checks catch implausible patterns. A sufficiently patient bad actor can look ordinary, which is why a brand can still report a channel and why we investigate when they do.
Two platforms report very little.
Telegram gives bots reactions but no views; WhatsApp Channels have no metrics API at all. We say so before you plan a campaign around them rather than showing a confident zero.
Stories and live streams cannot be verified after the fact.
They disappear by design, so a delivery cannot be checked the way a Reel or a feed post can. Plan disclosure and proof accordingly.
We are not a bank.
Escrow is operated through a licensed payment partner. Wallet balances earn no interest and exist to settle campaign obligations.
When something goes wrong
Either party can raise a dispute on a deliverable. Both sides get a fixed window to submit evidence, and because the platform already holds the brief, the messages, the drafts, the delivery record and the metrics, most disputes are decided on documents rather than on who argues harder. An Influj reviewer decides how the escrowed amount is split, in writing and with reasons.
If you disagree with the outcome, escalate through grievance redressal. Report a breach of the acceptable use policy — including fake metrics or missing ad disclosure — and we will check it against data we already hold.
